How to use WebEx support:
1) Contact our Support Team by phone,

provide you with a client access number and a link to the
WebEx login website.
2) After entering your information,
Internet Explorer may ask you to install an ActiveX application.
You will need to allow this installation to use WebEx support.
3) After you are logged in, you can
chat with our Support Team and we may request access to your
computer or grant you access to our computer. That will
allow us to answer your questions and solve your problems,
showing you exactly step by step what you need to do. It's
never been easier to get your questions answered quickly!

team instantaneously through the use of AOL Instant Messenger.
